A report must be submitted for each exercise and project. Unless otherwise directed, the report must be written using a word processor or a text formatting package such as LaTeX. Reports must begin with a cover sheet that includes the following information:
Reports should be formatted neatly, using appropriate headings and formatting. Save them as a PDF with the filename report.pdf, and submit it electronically to your assignment Github submission repo.
For your convenience, you can use this Word template to prepare your report. Delete sections that are not relevant for your assignment. If you use the template, for labs, you should delete all pages after the title page and replace them with the information specified by the lab assignment.

In the Work Completed section, indicate what parts of the assignment you completed, and what parts you did not complete. For example, if there are three parts to the assignment, and you did the first two, indicate that you completed parts 1 and 2, but not part 3. If you completed a portion of a section, be specific about the parts of that section that were and were not completed.
In the Test Results section, paste the output of your program when run using instructions specified in the assignment handout.
